  Please, find evidence and discuss following statements:

  - Management of digital libraries will consume most of librarians’ time and energy, even though staff may be reduced;

  - Cooperative programs for digital library are needed and they require planning;

  - Decisions for cooperation and partnership are increasingly complex, hence,require input from individuals with specialized knowledge;

  - Modern technologies’ have the ability to support innovative programs;

  - Librarians who implement the technological infrastructure must be sensitive to institutions’ ability to fund & maintain it;

  - Library staff should possess necessary technical expertise or enrol technical experts who are needed to ensure smooth operation of complex technical infrastructures;

  - Librarians need to know the copyright law and other Intellectual Property Rights and avoid their infringements;
  

  - Librarians will function as members of multi-functional, self-directed work groups;

  - Importance of specialized assistance & skills of information professionals will increase with a new teaching role for information literacy;

  - With frequent introduction of new equipment & software, librarians increasingly called upon to assist users with new devices & new protocols and to provide sophisticated technical assistance;
